Job Responsibilities (Main work tasks, including interface work with other departments):
Arrange vehicles based on the delivery order types and dispatch schedules in the SAP system (including company-owned vehicles, external third-party vehicles, self-pickup vehicles, and ocean freight containers).
Track the vehicle dispatch status of the logistics department and the loading status of finished products. Promptly report abnormal situations to relevant personnel.
Coordinate relations across all sectors according to specific delivery requirements to ensure smooth shipping operations.
Execute manual adjustments for inventory requirements, and log them into the real-time inventory system promptly for easy tracking.
Answer inquiry calls from sales personnel and related positions. Resolve modifications regarding transport bills and deliver high-quality service.
Organize and maintain various types of receipts and documents.
Compile statistics and analyze the department's production, sales, inventory data, and reports.
