Training will be provided. Gain hands-on experience in payroll, HR operations, and statutory compliance, with opportunities to grow into an HR Executive role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain employee scheduling records and HR system data updates
  2. Support payroll preparation, including attendance verification and incentive calculations
  3. Support HR operations, including onboarding, preparing letters and statutory compliance administration
  4. Coordinate employee documentation and HR records management
  5. Support the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma graduated in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer Literate – Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in an HR career
