We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily Human Resource operations, including HR system data management, payroll preparation support, employee records coordination, and HR administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee scheduling records and HR system data updates
- Support payroll preparation, including attendance verification and incentive calculations
- Assist HR operations, including onboarding, preparing letters and statutory compliance documentation
- Coordinate and manage employee documentation and HR records filing system
- Support general HR operational and administrative processes to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma graduated in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer Literate – Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in an HR career
