We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily Human Resource operations, including HR system data management, payroll preparation support, employee records coordination, and HR administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain employee scheduling records and HR system data updates
  2. Support payroll preparation, including attendance verification and incentive calculations
  3. Assist HR operations, including onboarding, preparing letters and statutory compliance documentation
  4. Coordinate and manage employee documentation and HR records filing system
  5. Support general HR operational and administrative processes to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma graduated in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer Literate – Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in an HR career
