Degree in Mechanical / Electrical and Control Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in related facility management and system
Good technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air compressor, building maintenance system etc.
Good management and planning skills
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates proficient in computer applications, AutoCAD & software (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Experienced in equipment and process validation: DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ

To be based in Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang.
Responsibilities:
Develop routine annual and monthly maintenance plans
Ensure that no interruption to all utilities at all time through good maintenance program
Provide design proposals, perform engineering calculations, planning, install, and/or maintain mechanical & electrical, or other facilities infrastructure systems
Schedule and perform routine checks on infrastructure e.g. electrical, mechanical, fire system etc.
Plan, direct and coordinate activities related to design, construction, modification and maintenance of equipment and machinery within the facility
Conduct daily routine inspection
Maintain and improve quality and reliability of water system, Air Compressors, HVAC, CDA and Chiller
Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
Quickly respond to equipment breakdowns and emergencies to restore production operations
Capable of troubleshooting and preparing reports on issues and incidents
Prepare all required specification, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and working instruction and ensure all documentations are properly updated and maintained
Develop and review operational procedures and provide training before hand-over to operation
Identify and recommend opportunities related to energy conservation and take necessary action for cost reduction
Improve and standardize equipment, simplify operations, enhance productivity, and develop new production technologies
Enforce safety rules and regulations across the departments to achieve zero accident
