Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Live Host. This role focuses on hosting live streaming sessions to promote our products and drive measurable sales results across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Live Hosting & Sales Targets
• Host live streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and GMV goals per campaign/month.
• Fulfill required live hours and number of live sessions consistently.
• Drive conversions through persuasive selling and confident product presentation.
• Handle customer questions and objections effectively to close sales.
Live Planning & Execution
• Prepare selling points and product highlights before each session.
• Align live objectives with ongoing promotions and campaigns.
• Maintain strong energy, professionalism, and brand alignment during live sessions.
Performance Monitoring
• Review post-live performance metrics (GMV, conversion rate, engagement rate).
• Continuously improve selling techniques to increase conversion and average order value.
Job Requirements:
Skills & Experience
• 1–2 years of live hosting, sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong sales mindset with ability to work towards commission-based targets.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Persuasive communicator with strong objection-handling skills.
• Proficiency in Malay (spoken and written).
• E-commerce live experience is an added advantage.
Work Expectations
• Commission-based incentives tied to sales performance.
• Must fulfill assigned live hours and session targets.
• Flexible working arrangement, including work-from-home options.
• Able to work on Saturdays when required.
• Willing to work irregular or extended hours during major promotional campaigns (e.g., double-digit sales events).
