Process quality control, incoming material quality control, daily inspection process handling, etc.
Closely monitoring production processes and documenting their findings to ensure that mistakes are properly logged.
Responsible for the quality supervision of incoming materials, in-process and finished products, abnormal handling and monthly statistics of poor quality
Responsible for all finished product measurement, semi-finished product inspection, and defective product re-inspection
Responsible for the feedback and tracking of defective products.
Ability to consistently identify mistakes across of inspections
Ability to closely follow quality standards
Qualification:-
Bachelor degree or above in machinery, engineering and automation or related majors, able to communicate in English
At least 2 years or more in a quality control
Be familiar with production process and quality standards, exceptions handling, analytical skills, understand drawings, proficient in Office software
Careful and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, excellent leadership, good logical judgment, communication and coordination skills and high teamwork spirit
Database management
Decision-making skills
Mandarin speaking ability is required to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders from Taiwan / China.
