Decent Balance for an Account Manager
Work-life balance here is pretty decent, honestly. It really depends on your role and clients, but I've had more flexibility than at previous places in the ad tech industry.
The remote work options are a big plus, which helps a lot with my work-life balance. As an Account Manager, I can usually manage my workload and keep my hours reasonable in the Singapore office.
It's not always consistent; some clients can be demanding, especially at month-end. You might get pulled into after-hours calls if a big campaign is launching in the ad tech industry.
Try to standardize client expectations around working hours a bit more. It would really help reduce the feeling of needing to be 'always on' for us Account Managers.
