ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review product and process indicator to ensure product conform to quality requirement
- Trigger product containment when there is non conformity
- Coordinate MRB for disposition of non conformance parts
- Handle customer feedback and coordinate investigation/improvement activities
- Coordinate regular review on process KPIV, KPOV control limits and reaction guides
- Drive for process FMEA
- Drive for quality improvement activities to address internal factory quality incidences and follow up with process team on root cause findings and improvement plan
