The Role
Senior Project Lead is integral in driving market growth, expanding market share, and managing projects end-to-end. We are seeking a proactive and strategic leader who will spearhead initiatives designed to grow business presence and revenue streams, while delivering impactful results.
As part of this role, you will develop and execute lead-generation campaigns aimed at attracting new hirers, fostering partnerships, and growing job corpuses across diverse categories such as freelance, remote, high-demand segments, and government roles. By leveraging scalable solutions like freemium offerings, innovative strategies, and strategic partnerships, you will play a critical role in driving market expansion.
Additionally, you will lead the conception, planning, and execution of initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This includes creating targeted growth programs, optimizing revenue opportunities, troubleshooting challenges with creative solutions, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives (OKRs) are met or exceeded.
This role also requires exceptional stakeholder management to align cross-functional teams with seamless communication and collaboration. By integrating insights from data and market trends, you will continually refine strategies to ensure sustained business impact and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from ideation and planning through execution, monitoring, and delivery
- Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and timeline management
- Drive revenue-focused initiatives including monetization campaigns, partnership programs, and new business development opportunities
- Identify and evaluate new revenue opportunities while adapting quickly to changing business priorities and market conditions
- Troubleshoot project challenges with creative solutions and optimize existing revenue streams for scaling opportunities
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) with aggressive revenue targets
- Design lead-generation strategies to expand hirer partnerships for new markets, including leveraging community forums, corporate partnerships, and industry leaders.
- Identify growth opportunities while adapting to changing market conditions and business priorities.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate and managed cross-functional teams including BI/Management, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing departments and external parties.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and leadership team
- Coordinate billing processes, campaign implementations, and service delivery
- Optimize existing revenue streams and identify scaling opportunities
