The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Coordinator based in the Kuala Lumpur office to join the GPI Team. This role will report into a GPI Associate Manager and will support the execution of key initiatives within the GPI roadmap, including planning transformation programs, systems enablement, and process standardization efforts, with a big focus on planning operations documentation development.
The Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting program governance, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and project tracking across multiple global initiatives. This position offers a strong opportunity to gain exposure to end-to-end planning processes, work across regions, and contribute directly to strategic transformation programs.

What Your Impact Will Be:
- Support the execution of programs and initiatives, including forecasting transformation, planning tool deployments, and process harmonization efforts
- Coordinate project activities such as tracking milestones, maintaining project plans, and preparing status updates to support decision-making, program tracking, and leadership reviews
- Maintain high-quality documentation for programs, including business requirements, process flows, and project artifacts
- Assist in user adoption activities such as documentation, training support, and feedback collection for planning tools (e.g., Anaplan)
- Collaborate with regional planning teams (e.g., EMEA, APAC, Americas) to ensure alignment on initiative deliverables and timelines
- Support the governance of planning initiatives, including documentation, meeting facilitation, and follow-up on action items
- Act as a point of coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams (e.g., IT, system integrators)
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within planning workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
