Purpose of role:
This role is a full fledge Service Engineer, support the business in Bintulu for MRP contracts and transactional sale. This role will be based in Bintulu.
Key Responsibilities:
·Technical Expertise: Perform seal refurbishment work, provide inspection report, and handle full workflow process. Withdraw the stock from inventory and maintain and manage inventory.
·Field Service & Support: Perform on-site installation, removal, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of mechanical seals and support systems.
·Customer Interaction: Build rapport, provide training on product usage, and assist the sales team with technical discussions.
·Maintenance & Repair: Maintain service center building and equipment in a clean and efficient state, ensuring repair jobs meet quality standards.
·Safety Compliance: Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) procedures and company policies.

•Does not engage in practical jokes that could harm the health or safety of another person.
Must be punctual and full of discipline.
