Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients for residential, commercial, and renovation projects.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, property agents, developers, social media, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations to understand client renovation needs.
- Prepare and present renovation proposals, quotations, and project packages.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up consistently on inquiries, quotations, and potential projects to maximize conversion rates.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients before, during, and after project completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the renovation journey.
- Understand clients’ budgets, timelines, and expectations to provide suitable solutions.
- Handle client concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Encourage repeat business and referrals.
Project Coordination & Follow-Up
- Coordinate with interior designers, project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to clients.
- Arrange site visits, measurements, and project discussions.
- Support quotations, agreements, invoices, and payment collections.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and project status.
- Prepare sales pipeline reports and activity updates.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Property, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management.
- Candidates with banking relationship, property sales, interior design sales, renovation sales, or retail sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client acquisition.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Willing to work flexible hours when required.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
