Job Summary:
The Graphic Design & Concept Assistant Manager supports the creative team in developing and executing visual designs that align with the brand’s identity and marketing objectives. This role combines hands-on design work with team coordination, ensuring that creative projects are delivered on time, meet brand standards, and effectively support marketing campaigns, retail promotions, and digital platforms.

As the Graphic Design & Concept Assistant Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Creative Design
- Develop high-quality visual assets for digital, print, retail, and social media platforms.
- Design marketing materials including campaign visuals, advertisements, POSM, in-store displays, banners, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Adapt global or regional creative assets to suit local market needs.
Project Management
- Assist the Retail Marketing Manager in managing design timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Coordinate multiple design projects across marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Work closely with marketing, retail, and digital teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Team Support & Leadership
- Guide and mentor senior and junior designers.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve design quality and consistency.
- Support the manager in maintaining workflow efficiency and creative standards.
Brand & Creative Direction
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand tone, positioning, and campaign strategy.
- Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, visual storytelling, and brand innovation.
- Maintain and update brand assets, templates, and design libraries.
Production & Vendor Coordination
- Prepare artwork files for print and production ensuring correct specifications.
- Liaise with external vendors such as printers, production houses, and event fabricators.
- Conduct quality checks on final outputs to ensure high production standards.
Other Responsibilities
Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Line Manager and/or Management.
