- Assist in the preparation, compilation, and submission of EPCC tender documents, including technical schedules, commercial inputs, and compliance checklists.
- Track tender timelines, submission deadlines, and evaluation milestones across active bids.
- Coordinate with internal teams (land, CRESS, finance, legal) to gather inputs required for tender submissions.
- Maintain an organised document repository for all active tenders, ensuring version control and audit trail.
- Support the development of no-policy special projects, coordinating feasibility inputs, authority submissions, and stakeholder correspondence.
- Track regulatory engagement and approval milestones for active special projects.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and project briefs for senior leadership review.
- Coordinate with external consultants, authorities, and contractors on document requests and submission requirements.
- Attend and minute meetings with external parties, ensuring action items are tracked and followed up.
- Submit weekly progress updates to the Senior EPCC & Special Projects Manager on assigned projects.
- Maintain project status trackers and flag risks or delays proactively.
- 1–2 years in RE project development, engineering, or project management — internship or graduate experience considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Business, or related field.
- Exposure to tender or proposal preparation is an advantage.
- Strong document management and organisational discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Clear written communication, able to draft professional correspondence and meeting minutes.
- Detail-oriented with a checklist mindset.
