- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and proactively identify further new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed on weekly and monthly KPIs
- Maintain and grow the revenue and gross profit of each account
- Keep the platform fresh by implementing creative marketing initiatives
- Construct and negotiate commercial offers which meet expectations of foodpanda, business partners and customers
- Work with internal support functions to ensure that every deal that goes live on the platform meets quality standards
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering market
- Use and create management reports to assess performance of vendors
- Prepare weekly/monthly financial & performance reports for internal and external review
