Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple APAC markets (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Vietnam)
- Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and timelines
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing of passive candidates
- Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Screen and assess candidates against job requirements and ensure strong candidate pipelines
- Coordinate and manage the full interview process
- Partner with hiring managers on hiring decisions and offer recommendations
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and provide timely communication throughout the process
- Deliver hiring outcomes in line with agreed service levels (e.g., time-to-fill targets)
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share best practices
