ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
You will manage the downstream operations, focusing on the interface between Malaysia warehouses (internal and external) and Customer Service to ensure seamless delivery execution.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Operational Execution & Dispatch Planning
Manage daily order processing for dispatch planning to meet customers request date
Maintain Work Order (WO) processing and ensure accurate scheduling
Coordinate WIP transfer between plants or external warehouses to the Distribution Centre
Coordinate delivery from Third Party warehouse to customers on time
Dropshipment coordination to ensure orders and shipping documents are accurate and ready on time.
Delivery Monitoring & Backorder Management
Monitor and track the delivery schedule - identify and flag out potential delays
Perform backorder tracking, including the maintenance of reason codes and the development of proactive action plans
Manage and report on customers’ backlog to maintain service transparency
Tracking goods return with transporter
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate Scheduled Shipment Dates (SSD) between Customer Service (CS) and the Inventory Specialist Team
Work closely with National Leaders in a hybrid model to ensure alignment across both national and regional fulfillment functions.
Reporting & Performance Analytics
Generate & analyze Dispatch Reports to track operational efficiency
Develop and maintain Customer Service scorecards and Customers Indent Shipment Reports
