- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs in compliance with Malaysian regulations and corporate standards.
- Conduct and review HIRARC, risk assessments, and EHS audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure effective control measures across manufacturing operations.
- Lead or facilitate incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation and tracking of corrective and preventive actions.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver EHS training programs, including safety induction, regulatory training, and contractor safety management.
- Actively support and guide the site Emergency Response Team (ERT), including organizing drills, evaluating emergency preparedness, and ensuring emergency equipment readiness.
- Analyze EHS performance data, identify trends, and prepare reports for management review and regulatory submission.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Facilities, and Project teams to integrate EHS requirements into manufacturing processes, projects, and management of change (MoC).
