- To perform routine baking and laboratory tests on milling, batching, packing sample and raw materials according to the SOP of the testing parameter in a timely, accurate and effective manner.
- To feedback the quality defect or any arising matters to superior promptly for further decision making.
- To perform any other testing as assigned by superior in related to competitor's flour analysis, flour streaming study, complaint, and any other R&D / evaluation.
- To ensure test results are record properly with no error, filing of testing results including graph and other documents are well maintained.
- To ensure safety procedures are observed strictly at all time and to comply strictly with the requirements of HACCP, FSSC 22000, HALAL and Good Laboratory Practice.
- To keep facilities in good condition and promptly report to superior for any sign of equipment defect or breakdown.
- To clean up the place and facility before end of the shift and take part in the 5S activities for the area in-charged.
- To ensure the confidentiality of Company's wheat grist, flour formulations, wheat, and flour quality.
- To strictly follow the company's regulations and policies.
- To participate in MBU1 by contributes to safety observation, improvement idea and 5S activities.
- To comply with the requirements of FSSC 22000 and to support and participate in FSSC 22000 activities.
