Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and support the smooth flow of goods across our supply chain across the globe.
This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, monitoring delivery schedules, liaising with suppliers and freight partners, and ensuring logistics operations run efficiently and accurately.
The ideal candidate is organised, responsive, good under pressure, and able to communicate clearly with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and transport providers
- Track orders, shipments, and delivery schedules, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and related logistics paperwork
- Monitor inventory movement and support stock coordination where needed
- Resolve delivery, freight, customs, or shipment issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate logistics records and reporting
- Work closely with internal teams including operations, purchasing, customer service, and warehouse teams
- Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and workflows
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping, or a similar coordination role
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to operational issues
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or logistics management systems
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong speaking and writing skills in both languages
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with freight forwarding, import/export, or warehouse coordination
- Familiarity with shipping documentation and customs processes
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or supply chain operations is an advantage
