We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent on a 12 month contract to join our award winning team conveniently located in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur.
As a Customer Support Agent at Double Eleven, you’ll focus exclusively on ticket based support. Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses to customer enquiries, investigate reported issues, and escalate matters where appropriate, in line with established processes and service standards.

What you’ll be doing
- Respond to and resolve Customer Support support tickets on a daily basis.
- Ensure all customer enquiries are handled professionally, efficiently, and in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Investigate customer reported issues and provide appropriate resolutions or escalations.
- Compile and submit a regular customer support ticket overview report in accordance with reporting requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up to date ticket documentation.
- Meet defined response time and quality benchmarks.
- Participate in onboarding, training, and process improvement activities as required.
What we’re looking for
- Advanced proficiency in English speaking and writing (minimum C1 level).
- Strong written communication and problem solving skills.
- Comfortable working with ticketing systems and learning new tools.
- Able to manage workload effectively and meet daily operational requirements.
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
