- Identification and delivery of relevant GFS R2R related tasks and provide progress updates, risks / mitigants to the Finance GFS delivery lead, R2R Leads, and other stakeholders
- Work with GPOs to set up and transfer to Experian systems and processes and close down legacy system / processes - for the following:-
- General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed assets & Leases, Intercompany rules
- Provide access and training to Acquired Entities’ Finance Team, for Experian Accounting Systems
- Create and agree Post integration plan, collaborating across the different functions, update stakeholders with progress, issues and decisions
- Assist & improving team operating rhythm through Empower+ operation maturity framework
