The role

In this role, you will support both financial operations and executive coordination. You will manage APAC-focused financial administration while acting as a trusted partner to the CFO and CEO for scheduling, communication, and organisational support.

You will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the CEO on executive coordination.

Objectives

You will ensure smooth financial administration in APAC and enable leadership to operate efficiently and effectively.

Tasks

  • Support APAC accounting processes (invoicing, payments, reconciliations, tracking)
  • Work with systems such as Xero to maintain accurate financial records
  • Coordinate with internal finance teams and external partners (accountants, banks)
  • Assist with month-end processes and reporting preparation
  • Manage CEO email, LinkedIn, and calendar coordination
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
  • Prepare materials for meetings, board interactions, and investor communications
  • Organise travel, logistics, and key company events
  • Support cross-border coordination across APAC, Europe, and leadership teams
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in Finance Administration, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Experience with basic accounting processes (AP, AR, reconciliations)
  • Experience with Xero is a strong advantage
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Experience supporting senior executives is a plus
  • Experience working across multiple geographies or time zones is a plus
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English
  • MYR 5,500 to 7,500 gross salary per month
