Job description
We are looking for a qualified Operation Executive. You will be responsible for supporting various operational functions within the startup environment. This includes assisting with day-to-day tasks. The Operations Executive will work closely with various teams within the startup, gaining exposure to different team and gaining valuable work experience.

- Be responsible and reliable; maintain confidentiality; and exhibit integrity, a high level of attention to detail, and a strong commitment to deliver data quality in a timely and accurately manner.
- You should be willing to challenge when appropriate and drive activity within the business areas.
- General operational support includes order fulfilment and delivery, liaising and coordinating with data vendors and clients on order delivery, data entry and updates, operation administrative tasks.
- Managing and monitor daily operations to ensure delivery deadlines are met while maintaining quality control standards.
- Supervise and coach team members from time to time to ensure smooth of operation process and achieve target sets
- Review regularly on operational efficiency and internal process improvement
- Ability to communicate effectively with different internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Responsible for deploying and applying all company policies, procedures and standards.
- Produce monthly tracking report and monitor team performance - Work independently and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Ensure an effective and efficient system of internal control is always in place.
