ABOUT YOUR ROLE
The Workforce experience specialist is under the hub workforce experience, governance and project management sector. The role’s main responsibility is to support HR operation, the company HR digitalization roadmap and lead project-related efforts in Malaysia. The role shall also actively ensure the management of employee inquiries with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise and timeliness for Malaysia sites and support projects to expand our knowledge base and service portfolio.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Managing responses to questions on administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels (e.g., email, phone, chat, and case management system)
Responsible for resolving Malaysia employee inquiries in a timely and quality manner
Lead the preparation and creation of the necessary data & documentation for processing changes (personal data, job information, reporting line changes, compensation changes, etc) into the HR Master Data System in an accurate and timely manner (Oracle)
Keep track and ensure the data quality of employee master data maintenance at all times
Coordinate Digital HR projects rollout in collaboration with different stakeholders and departments
Coordinate process harmonization across multiple Business Units in the country.
Be an expert on Malaysia HR policy-related questions, provide guidance to both managers and employees, provide support on audit activities, and escalate as appropriate
Educate employees and be an advocate of promoting services available to them and encourage self-service tools and other systems. Conduct online and offline training whenever necessary.
Identify outdated knowledge articles and/or the need to create new knowledge articles
Actively seek ways to expand the knowledge base through identifying process gaps and employee needs. Educate content owners proactively the correct way to manage articles in the knowledge base .
Actively lead process standardization & service delivery projects through engagement with HR and line management.
Act as an expert on the HR knowledge base and employee inquiries.
