We are looking for a reliable and organized Front Desk cum Office Administrator to be the face of our office and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people while keeping things structured and running efficiently behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage front desk operations including calls, walk-in visitors, and general enquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative documentation
- Process invoices, track office expenses, and prepare monthly reports
- Support HR and Finance with administrative tasks
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with internal events
- Oversee office facilities, equipment maintenance, and company car usage
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and a team player
