You work closely with the Finance Manager and operational teams to ensure accurate reporting, solid budgeting and strong cost control. Your work provides clarity, compliance and insight, helping the business deliver complex projects safely and profitably.

Your Job In a Nutshell
- Support day-to-day financial operations for Sarens Indonesia in Jakarta.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow monitoring.
- Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports in line with group standards.
- Support cost control, margin analysis and project financial follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements and internal procedures.
- Assist in internal and external audits and regulatory reporting.
- Work closely with operations, projects and sales to support business decisions.
- Report to the Finance Manager / Controller and work closely with the local finance team.

You are a reliable and detail‑driven finance professional who enjoys working close to the business. You combine solid financial knowledge with a hands‑on mindset and feel comfortable in a project‑based, operational environment. You are eager to learn, take ownership and grow step by step into a broader finance role.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Accounting or a related field**
- Experience in **financial reporting, budgeting or accounting support**
- Good understanding of **financial analysis and cost control**
- Basic experience with **audits, compliance or regulatory reporting**
- Confident user of **financial systems and ERP tools**
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Written, reading and speaking fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Preferred
- Experience in construction, heavy lift, transport or project‑driven industries.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA or similar) or willingness to pursue one.
- Experience working in an international or multinational environment.
