Analyze business and user requirements to define functional and non-functional specifications.
Create and maintain project documentation such as BRD, FRD, User Stories, Flowcharts, and Acceptance Criteria.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support product and project development.
Analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions for project enhancement.
Support SDLC processes including requirement gathering, development coordination, testing, and deployment.
Assist User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
Monitor project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders and management.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Project Management role.
Understand general banking business processes and workflow.
Familiar with SDLC methodologies, both Agile and Waterfall.
Knowledge of BABOK and PMBOK frameworks is preferred.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Capable of creating clear and comprehensive project documentation.
Proficient in using JIRA, Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Experience in banking or financial services industry is a plus.
