Job Description
Develop and maintain learning and development strategy aligned with project and business growth
Define competency framework and capability roadmap for project teams
Design structured learning paths and onboarding programs for new resources
Identify skill gaps and recommend development initiatives to improve team readiness
Establish knowledge management repository and standard learning materials
Standardize SOPs and documentation to support consistent delivery
Support operational planning to ensure capability readiness for project ramp-up
Monitor readiness status and highlight risks related to capability gaps
Coordinate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with operational needs
Drive continuous improvement for learning effectiveness and operational efficiency
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Management or related roles, with strong stakeholder management and learning & development exposure
Prior experience in the credit industry is a strong advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong critical thinking ability with hands-on execution capability
Results-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Passion for working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup or tech-driven environment
