Key Responsibilities

- Support strategic sourcing initiatives through market research, benchmarking, and pricing analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against agreed service levels, pricing, and contractual obligations.
- Conduct cost analysis and procurement forecasting to support budget planning and decision-making.
- Consolidate procurement data across business units to provide actionable insights and enhance group-wide purchasing efficiency.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and selection by conducting comparative analysis of supplier proposals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and provide analytical support for sourcing decisions.
- Identify procurement process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Ensure procurement records, reports, and documentation are accurate, organized, and compliant with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier developments relevant to business needs.
- Support procurement projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
