Responsibilities
Drive achievement of sales targets and ensure strong offline channel performance.
Develop sales planning, pricing strategies, and budgeting to support business growth.
Identify and acquire new distributors to expand Octarine's offline sales network and market reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understand their needs, and provide the necessary support.
Ensure smooth supply chain and distribution operations across all offline channels.
Map distribution expansion opportunities by region and develop long-term growth plans.
Coordinate with manufacturers and distributors regarding purchase order (PO) creation and product fulfillment.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to accelerate growth.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales analysis reports, including performance insights and recommendations.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role and industry.
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
