Responsibilities

  • Drive achievement of sales targets and ensure strong offline channel performance.
  • Develop sales planning, pricing strategies, and budgeting to support business growth.
  • Identify and acquire new distributors to expand Octarine's offline sales network and market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understand their needs, and provide the necessary support.
  • Ensure smooth supply chain and distribution operations across all offline channels.
  • Map distribution expansion opportunities by region and develop long-term growth plans.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and distributors regarding purchase order (PO) creation and product fulfillment.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to accelerate growth.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales analysis reports, including performance insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role and industry.
  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
