职务描述:

Job Summary

This position performs advanced administrative responsibilities including preparation and analysis of more complex reports, compilation of information from various sources, handling small scale projects, and analysis using various software packages. This position plays a key role in supporting daily HUB operations, ensuring administrative accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Export documentation preparation
  • Coordination with the export Brokerage vendor
  • Monitoring sorter team activities
  • Shipment Data updates in UPS Internal System.
  • Provides advanced office support knowledge and skills.
  • Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal and external contacts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Prior 2 years' experience in logistics, warehouse, or export operations is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills and basic computer literacy.
  • Willingness to work Night shifts, including weekends (Sun).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Accurate and rapid data entry.
  • Fluent in English
