Job description for IT Vendor Management will be, but not limited to:
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT goods and services, including needs identification, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchasing.
Handle procurement of IT hardware, software licenses, and services based on organizational needs.
Monitor IT vendor performance, including performance evaluations, contract reviews, and the development of long-term working relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure IT requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications
Possess at least Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
1–2 years of experience in IT procurement or a related procurement field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Able to build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to support procurement activities.
