Monitoring systems and procedures to make sure in accordance with regulations standard (GMP, HALAL, HACCP).
Monitoring research process by RnD departement (scale up, adjusment and reformulation) make sure with the specified standard.
Coordinate daily activity of QC process inspector.
Perform product analysis biologically, chemically, and physically according to specified standards (Passed, Quarantine, Rejected)
Assists the QA/QC Team in developing and maintaining the procedures and work
Good Excellent problem-solving ability with high level of integrity
Certified for certain skills ( Halal Certified, Food Handler Certified, HACCP) is a must, other certification will be plus point
