Organize the procurement/purchasing process of goods and services in accordance with applicable procedures, ensuring effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with Good Corporate Governance.
Identify vendors, conduct negotiations, and evaluate the procurement process.
Ensure that all procurement activities for marketing-related needs (merchandise, promotional displays) align with project timelines and budgets, and collaborate with internal teams to address the needs.
Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Tax, Commercial, and Marketing to align procurement activities with company objectives, budgets, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate and maintain good relationships with all vendors.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports.
Job Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a related field, such as procurement or marketing production.
Graduates of Industrial Engineering or Business Administration is a must.
Knowledge and passion for the news media industry, with an understanding of the technical requirements and workflow for the shooting process (preferred).
Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems, with the ability to manage end-to-end procurement workflows effectively.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
