  • Manage end to end renewal processes for existing clients, ensuring contracts are renewed on time and aligned with business objectives
  • Own renewal pipeline and revenue targets, ensuring achievement of renewal and retention KPIs
  • Engage clients proactively to understand their evolving needs and position the right solutions accordingly
  • Lead commercial discussions including pricing, scope adjustment, negotiation, and contract terms
  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities during renewal cycles to maximize deal value
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Delivery, and Solution teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor contract performance, renewal timelines, and client satisfaction to reduce churn risk
  • Prepare forecasts, reports, and insights related to renewals, revenue, and deal performance
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients by delivering consultative recommendations and value based solutions
