Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services and APIs using PHP, Golang, or .NET.
Design, develop, and maintain APIs using REST, SOAP, or gRPC architectures.
Optimize database performance through indexing, partitioning, connection pooling, and other database tuning techniques.
Implement synchronous and asynchronous processing mechanisms, including job schedulers and message queues.
Develop and maintain event-driven architectures and Change Data Capture (CDC) solutions using platforms such as Kafka, Confluent, or similar technologies.
Apply Clean Architecture principles to ensure maintainable, scalable, and well-structured applications.
Implement unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
Ensure all delivered code meets BRI's applicable security standards and quality gates.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues to maintain application stability and performance.
Create and maintain technical documentation for backend services and APIs.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Backend Developer in software development projects.
Proficient in at least one backend programming language: PHP, Golang, or .NET.
Strong understanding of API architecture and development, including REST, SOAP, or gRPC.
Experienced in database performance tuning, including indexing, partitioning, and connection pooling.
Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous processing, including job schedulers and message queues.
Familiar with event-driven architecture and Change Data Capture (CDC), particularly using Kafka, Confluent, or similar platforms.
Good understanding of Clean Architecture principles and their implementation.
Experienced in implementing unit tests.
Able to deliver code that complies with applicable security standards and quality gates.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
