Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the center, including ensuring the safety of students, maintaining the cleanliness of the center, and managing learning timetables.
Manage and improve the quality of the center's staff and teachers.
Perform important administrative tasks for the center.
Ensure that the branch achieves its OKR targets (Revenue, profitability, number of students, student satisfaction, and retention) in accordance with the annual budget.
Prepare an annual business plan and monthly reports for management.
Create consistent marketing activities and utilize the area's business potential.
Job Requirements
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, both in English and Bahasa.
Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
Strong managerial skills and good business acumen.
Minimum Bachelor's degree and at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience as a Branch Manager, Customer Service, and Salesperson.
