Role Overview
As the
Data Quality & Insights Manager (SEA), you will be the single source of truth for data quality and diversity across the region. You will own regional quality metrics reporting, dive deep into root-cause analysis, and provide data-driven insights to leadership, country managers, and sophisticated external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Reporting & Diagnostics: Track and standardize core quality and productivity metrics across SEA; perform root-cause analysis on data gaps and quality failures.
- Diversity Monitoring: Maintain rigorous reporting on data diversity, identify critical dataset gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Internal Tooling Ownership: Act as the operational point person for tracking internal tooling data, debugging anomalies, and escalating issues with structured documentation.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex quality metrics into actionable coaching insights for local country managers, and answer technical partner inquiries clearly in English.
Requirements
- Experience: 4–7 years in data operations, quality assurance (QA), analytics, or operations management.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets; SQL and dashboard tooling (BI tools) are strongly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English. Must be able to explain technical criteria to both non-technical internal teams and external enterprise partners.
- Mindset: Highly independent individual contributor who builds data reports rather than requesting them; highly comfortable presenting unwelcome findings objectively.
- Travel: Ability to travel regionally approximately once per quarter.
- Nice to have: Background in data labeling, AI training data, annotation, or BPO quality management.
