Conduct and prepare reports on harvesting tool trials (sickles, sickle pipes, and wheelbarrows).
Monitor pest and disease (P&D) detection and census activities across divisions and implement control measures when infestations exceed threshold levels.
Collect fertilizer samples from the warehouse upon fertilizer deliveries.
Prepare tools and materials required for LSU activities.
Prepare daily and monthly Quality Control (QC) reports.
Conduct quality control inspections on harvest quality and harvest losses.
Inventory and identify planned LSU blocks across all divisions.
Verify Work Completion Reports (BAPP) for contracted work completed in accordance with the Work Agreement (SPK), including divisional activities (such as pruning) and CE/Infrastructure projects (such as road surfacing, bridges, and housing).
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Agriculture or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Control (QC) Assistant in a palm oil plantation company.
Able to develop work plans and budgets for agronomy audit and quality control activities.
Strong communication, coordination, and accountability skills in working with both team members and supervisors.
Willing to be placed in operational areas in East Kalimantan.
