Job Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to generate actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking to monitor sales and operational performance across teams.
Support sales forecasting and business planning through historical and real-time data analysis.
Identify performance gaps, operational issues, and growth opportunities to support business optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with sales, growth, and operations teams to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales databases while evaluating individual and team performance metrics.

Requirements

+3 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Google Spreadsheets, and data visualization tools such as Looker, Superset, or Google Data Studio.
Experience analyzing sales performance, customer behavior, and operational data to support business decision-making.
Strong understanding of KPI monitoring, reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
