Core Objective
To aggressively drive, optimize, and maximize total revenue across all Food & Beverage outlets, restaurants, lounges, and bars within Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel Jakarta through strategic business development, client acquisition, and innovative promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation & Optimization: Create and implement tactical sales strategies to boost daily covers, increase average checks, and maximize overall profitability across all F&B outlets.
- Business Development & B2B Sales: Proactively identify, target, and acquire new corporate accounts, government agencies, social communities, wedding planners, and event organizers for group bookings and specialized F&B events.
- Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, high-net-worth individuals, and regular guests to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Promotional Campaigns: Partner with the Executive Chef, F&B Operations, and Marketing Communications teams to conceptualize, launch, and promote seasonal menus, unique dining experiences, and value-driven culinary packages.
- Market Intelligence: Keep a strong pulse on local F&B trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in Jakarta to dynamically adjust pricing and promotional strategies.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor sales progress against established KPIs, prepare detailed weekly/monthly performance reports, and deliver accurate revenue forecasting to executive management.
- Site Inspections: Conduct professional site inspections and venue walkthroughs with prospective clients, effectively showcasing outlet capabilities and tailoring packages to match client specifications.
