Manage and lead litigation cases involving civil, criminal, employment, commercial, and administrative matters.
Represent the company and coordinate with external legal counsel, law enforcement agencies, courts, and government authorities throughout litigation proceedings.
Develop litigation strategies and provide legal opinions to protect the company's interests and minimize legal risks.
Prepare, review, and manage legal documents, including pleadings, evidence, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
Handle disputes arising from business operations and provide practical legal solutions to internal stakeholders.
Support dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration whenever appropriate.
Monitor ongoing litigation cases and ensure timely reporting, documentation, and case management.
Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and strengthen the company's litigation strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law; Advocate License (PERADI) is an advantage.
Minimum 8 years of experience in litigation, preferably with a combination of experience in reputable law firms and in-house legal teams.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian litigation procedures, court processes, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, advocacy, and legal drafting skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business functions.
Able to manage multiple cases simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure. High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound legal judgment.
