Responsibilities

Research, prospect, and generate qualified leads via text, email, cold calls, or other communication channels.
Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and the business development team.
Track and report on lead generation activity.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for engaging new leads.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or sales canvassing.
Proven ability to independently source leads from a variety of channels.
Familiarity with sales qualification methods like BANT, ANUM, etc.
Experience in SaaS or HR-related industries is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proven history of meeting or exceeding lead generation and conversion targets.
Strong results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
