Conduct outreach and pitching activities to potential brand partners and maintain positive business relationships.
Create TikTok Affiliate Program (TAP) and MCN links.
Coordinate product sample requests, inventory tracking, and distribution to creators.
Ensure the fulfillment of agreed Scope of Work (SOW), including product sample distribution and content delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams, logistics partners, and brands to ensure timely sample delivery.
Support the end-to-end management of brand partnerships, administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation related to partnership and sample management activities.
Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate from Business, Marketing, Communications, or related majors.
Previous internship, organizational, or project experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or marketing is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with confidence in approaching external partners.
Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable working with administrative tasks, documentation, and spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel).Familiarity with TikTok Affiliate Program (TAP), creator economy, or influencer marketing is a plus.
