About The Role

Digital Solutions Specialist - Indonesia

The Digital Solutions Technical Specialist represents Envista's full suite of digital hardware and software offerings to end-customers - private practices and Dental Service Organizations. The Digital Solutions Technical Specialist is an expert in end-to-end clinical workflows (from image acquisition to treatment execution) and uses this expertise to support territory sales goals through solution selling and technical support. This role forms deep end-customer relationships throughout the customer journey (pre- and post-sale).

What You’ll Do

  • Become Technical and Clinical subject matter experts of Envista digital solutions, including but not limited to: DTX Studio, X-Guide, IOS, 3D CBCT, 3D Printing.
  • Study competitive and adjacent products, technologies, clinical studies, industry trends, and other general information of interest to customers.
  • Work trade shows / customer marketing & education events (e.g., Envista OpCo symposia / Forums)
  • Actioning support requests from both the client and dealer
  • Support case management: logging, prioritization, trouble shooting, closing and follow-up
  • Communications with appropriate team members serving the client in the digital ecosystem
  • Ensuring tasks committed to the client are completed in the appropriate time frame
  • Installation and training of new client systems

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: Min 4 years of business experience in the digital space
  • Customer Service: excellent customer service and supportive skills
  • Language Skills: Fluent English - oral and written.
  • Travel: Required from time to time as part of role
  • Sound judgment with the ability to make decisions and present recommendations with clarityand conviction to serve the business’ objectives.
  • Data accuracy and timely submissions for all work
  • A team player that can collaborate and build consensus within cross-functional areas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build relationships inside and outside of the organization
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to assimilate information and translate it into business solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, professional appearance, attitude, and demeanour
