Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related fields is preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Data Entry, Administrative, or similar role.
  • Excellent typing speed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Docs) is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with database management systems or ERP software is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willing to work on-site and adapt to operational requirements.
