Work Description
Lead overall company strategy development and execution to drive sustainable business growth.
Hold full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
Accelerate clinic expansionand growth transformation programs.
Strengthen operational excellence through SOP implementation, accountability culture, and performance management.
Develop and transform organizational structure, people capabilities, and leadership effectiveness across the company.
Drive customer experience excellence and service quality across clinic operations.
Collaborate closely with owners and management team in strategic decision making and long-term business planning.
Support development and commercialization strategy for OTC / beauty healthcare products alongside clinic business expansion.
Qualifications
Requirements
Minimum 1015 years of professional experience, with recent years managing full P&L responsibilities.
Strong background in health clinic management, beauty clinic operations, hospital management, or healthcare-related businesses.
Proven track record in growth acceleration, and operational transformation.
Demonstrated success in building accountability culture, SOP discipline, and organizational development initiatives.
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution capabilities.
Experienced in leading multi-functional teams, including operations, sales, marketing, finance, and HR.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and business partnering skills with owners/shareholders.
