Job Description
- Manage all corporate legal activities.
- Provide legal support for corporate operational and business activities.
- Conduct corporate legal risk management.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review corporate business contracts.
- Provide legal opinions to management.
- Manage legal aspects related to investment, mergers and acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law. Min GPA: 3.00/4.00
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate or Commercial Legal.
- Experienced in handling commercial contracts, tenders, procurement, and corporate legal compliance.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Experienced in handling business contracts and corporate legal compliance.
- Ability to communicate actively in both verbal and written English.
