Develop and improve Kitabisa’s and SalingJaga’s mobile applications and related user-facing platforms to better support our users.
Build scalable, maintainable, and testable architecture for new and existing features across mobile and frontend surfaces.
Drive engineering best practices, including reusable modules, shared components, clean code standards, and sustainable development workflows.
Use modern AI coding agents and developer tools effectively to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards for quality, reliability, and security.
Contribute to an engineering culture that embraces practical AI adoption, thoughtful tool experimentation, shared context systems, automation, and efficient token usage.
Improve the security, performance, and reliability of applications across supported platforms.
Work closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to deliver projects on time and aligned with business goals.
Contribute to team growth through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and active participation in technical discussions.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in software engineering, with hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: frontend, iOS, or Android development.
Strong proficiency in at least one relevant technology stack, such as Swift, Kotlin, Dart, or modern frontend technologies, including Tailwind-based UI development.
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, platform-specific capabilities, and platform-specific constraints.
Comfortable building and maintaining scalable, testable, and maintainable applications across multiple environments.
Hands-on experience using modern AI-assisted and agentic development workflows to improve productivity and code quality.
Familiarity with modern AI engineering tools and protocols, including coding agents, MCP, ACP, context-aware tooling, and efficient token usage practices.
Able to use AI tools critically and responsibly, with good judgment around code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to contribute to technical discussions and decision-making.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced product environment.
